Ugur Nedim

Mr Ugur (pronounced ‘Oor’) Nedim is the principal of our firm. He is recognised by the Law Society of NSW as an Accredited Specialist in Criminal Law, which is the Society's guarantee of superior legal representation. He is extensively experienced in a wide range of criminal matters, from Local and Children’s court hearings to some of the nation’s most significant and successfully defended District and Supreme Court trials, including several notable murder trials and many of Australia’s largest drug importation and supply matters.

With Mr Nedim, clients can rest assured of receiving the most thoroughly informed and authoritative representation whatever their particular criminal law problem.

Ender Nedim

Mr Ender (‘Eddie’) Nedim is an associate of our firm. He is extensively experienced in advising and representing clients in a wide range of Local, Children’s and District Court matters, including traffic matters, drug matters, assault and A.V.O. matters, fraud and property-related matters, and many others.

He specialises in representing clients for their bail applications and other interlocutory (ie pre- trial and pre-hearing) Court appearances, in sentencing hearings, appeals to the District Court, and Local Court hearings. He is also considerably experienced in instructing our Barristers in District and Supreme Court trials.

Rosemary Freeman

Ms Freeman is our firm’s principal legal consultant. Having practised solely in criminal law for the past 25 years, she is one of Australia’s foremost experts in the field.

William Brewer
Barrister
A barrister since 1979, Mr Brewer practises solely in criminal law. Having represented clients in hundreds of criminal trials - ranging from more-serious traffic matters to robbery, murder and serious drug matters – his expertise and experience are invaluable to our practise.

Mr Paish is also respected as one of the foremost specialist criminal law Barristers practising in the higher Courts. Again, he works closely with our firm to provide our clients with the strongest possible defence to their criminal charges.
